Led the re-design of the App Chat experience for Microsoft 365, making interactions with Copilot more intuitive, consistent, and efficient across apps. This work strengthened the product’s conversational foundation, improved usability, and set a new standard for how users engage with Copilot in their daily workflows.

Designed the end-to-end app discovery and acquisition experience for Microsoft Teams mobile. The new design simplifies how users find, evaluate, and install apps within Teams, empowering them to extend their productivity while improving partner visibility and engagement across the platform.

Created the Message Actions framework that enables users to transform chat messages into actionable steps without leaving their conversation. This design reduces friction between communication and execution, allowing users to complete workflows seamlessly within the chat environment.

Designed the Bot command experience that guides users through contextual, tap-to-respond options. By reducing typing and simplifying interactions, this design made conversations with bots faster, clearer, and more approachable -enhancing user trust and productivity in Microsoft Teams.
